<p><strong>Where are you located?</strong></p>
<p>Helsinki, Finland. Soon the UK, too. Don’t worry, the postal service from here is pretty quick.</p>
<p><strong>How long will shipping take? How much is it?</strong></p>
<p>Depending on the location, from 2 days to 2 weeks (Antractica takes longer, we’ve heard), but we will ship within 48 hours and use the fastest option for a given shipping & handling price band. See <a href="/pages/shipping-rates">shipping here</a>.</p>
<p><strong>What does the velcro feel like on the shirts?</strong></p>
<p>It’s a bit stiffer than normal cotton of course, but you’ll get used to it very quickly. We’ve used velcro that is both strong and light, so that you can wash it as often as you would any normal clothes. Just don’t wash them too hot or they will curl!</p>
<p><strong>Are there girls’ sizes?</strong></p>
<p>Not yet. The hoodies are unisex (but see the size chart before ordering). We’re definitely working on girls’ sizes.</p>
<p><strong>Can I return the goods if…?</strong></p>
<p>Sure you can! No ifs. You can return the unused goods for whatever reason for 14 days after receiving them. Unused means you can try them on, of course, but if you sweat them through and there’s nothing else wrong, we might be a bit reluctant to take them back and wash them for you. Place everything you want to return in the same envelope or box you got them in and ship them to the return address specified in the packaging slip.</p>
